Heart Happy Muffins



Ingredients
1 1/2 C Whole wheat flour
1 C Rolled oats
1/2 C Packed brown sugar
4 TBSP Ground flax seeds
2 TBSP Whole flax seeds
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Egg whites
5 TBSP Olive oil
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Bananas, mashed
1 C Milk
1/2 Carrot, grated
1 C Raisins
1/2 Apple, minced

Instructions
~Preheat oven to 350*, and grease or line muffin cups. 
~Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine. 
~Fill muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes. 

Yield: 24 muffins
