INGREDIENTS
12oz fresh cranberries
2-3 TBSP granulated erythritol, to taste
1/2 C sliced almonds
2 tsp almond extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries, erythritol, and almond extract together once or twice. 
2. Add almonds and pulse a few more times.  The mixture will be diced, but not muddled.  
3.  Refrigerate and enjoy.
