INGREDIENTS
2 cans (15-16oz each) black beans
4 TBSP finely chopped onions
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 TBSP olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
~Chop onions and garlic. Heat the oil on medium high heat and cook onions and garlic with cumin until soft.
~Add all other ingredients and simmer at least 10 minutes.
~Serve with Lime Cilantro Rice.
